I used to bartend six days a week and think that none of this was on the menu for me.

I was making $30k a year in the prairies, wasting my gifts, and I knew it. For a long time I thought I had to be one thing. Was I a poet? A coach? I even worked with Gay Hendricks for a year trying to find my one genius zone, and at the end he looked at me and said, "Janne, you're a renaissance woman. You don't have one genius zone — you have many." Something in me clicked. I've paid my rent as a writer, turned one poem into a book, a film, a song and a six-figure apparel brand, pivoted into coaching, and built a digital program that has made over a million dollars. I've held $250–500k a year for the last five years, no matter which gift I focused on. I've published two books of feminist beat poetry, one of which has sold 30,000 copies (1% of books sell 5,000). I sponsored my O-1 visa (for artists with extraordinary ability) and I now live a block from the beach in California where I surf every morning in my 1975 pastel-pink Toyota Hilux with my pup Zeus in tow. 12 years ago I started over because I no longer felt my life or work contained me. And this is what I do for women. I've helped over 150 women and entrepreneurs name their purpose, their why, their raison d'être — their reason for being. I've helped over 120 women start a business from their gifts, through 200+ purpose sessions one-on-one. Part of my work is leadership shaping: helping women become the whole expression of who they are in the world and in their work, so they can conduct aligned, impactful business while holistically caring for every part of their lives. I'm an expander. I walk into a room and ask: "What are your gifts? What gives your life meaning, color and joy?" Are you a renaissance woman?

Are you a multidimensional creative who struggles to complete things and monetize your gifts?

For a long time, I thought that I had to be one thing. I felt as if I needed to choose a "niche" or a "focus" as a brand. I was part Mary Oliver, part female Tony Robbins in leather pants — and I was also running an apparel brand, coaching clients, writing books, doing public speaking and working on a comedy skit. I even worked with Gay Hendricks for a year 1-1 to figure out what my one singular genius zone was. At the end of that year, I still didn't know. He looked at me and said, "Janne, you're a renaissance woman. You don't have one genius zone — you have many." Something in me clicked. My many gifts, ideas, passions and duality — which had before felt overwhelming — suddenly became my superpower. There was no "one" offer. I wasn't one thing, I was everything. I could infinitely create, as long as I knew how to work with my duality so it didn't work against me. Renaissance women are multifaceted, multidimensional women who know they are large and contain multitudes. They often struggle with what dream to execute on — because they are filled with countless dreams and ideas. They struggle with completing projects, and therefore often with making money from their gifts. Half-finished ideas litter their desks and their psyche.

You might be a renaissance woman if…

You want to build something that matters. You're a deeply empathetic, generous, intelligent woman who wants to make enough to pay for your life and create change in the world. You're not here just to make money — you want a business that lets you contribute, impact and support the world, and gives you a life of meaning.

You struggle to complete or monetize your ideas. You could sit in a bathtub all day juggling your ideas. You're rich in creativity, but you struggle to complete things — and therefore to monetize them. Your strength is your ideas; where you struggle is clarity and structure on the follow-through of how they could become a business and pay your rent.

You freeze on your first offer or funnel. The same paralysis shows up when it's time to build a funnel or a first offer — because it feels like you have to be one thing, or choose one business model, and you don't want to. So you stay stuck at the starting line.

You get stuck on how to communicate who you are. Business tells you to have a niche. Part of why you aren't posting — or haven't started — is you've never felt like one thing, and choosing just one paralyzes you. Or you do have a clear niche, and that's the very thing stopping you from sharing what's true now, because you feel boxed in and need permission to step out of it. To trust that you can be more than one thing.

Marketing feels skeezy to you. You want to share your story, but you have a marketing block. You don't want to lie or create false urgency, and bro-marketing and webinars put you off. You want to learn marketing as a form of storytelling — telling your why and your purpose — with a content map and a way to market yourself that never feels out of integrity.

You struggle to structure your time and your days. You're not just a coach, not just a writer — you have many gifts, sometimes five of them. You need a calendar structure that gives you the freedom to be all of who you are and actually execute: time to write a book in the morning, see clients in the afternoon, host retreats in a season. A structure that fits a renaissance woman, not a one-lane one.

Visibility — and the fear of rejection underneath it. When you make yourself invisible, you make yourself invisible to stalkers, haters, and the ex you're afraid of. But you also make yourself invisible to the very people who need your gifts and need what you have to give the world. It's not really a fear of being seen — it's a fear of rejection, and we work with that.

Somatic boundaries. We do SE (Somatic Experiencing) boundary exercises — so you learn what a boundary actually feels like in your body, and can hold healthy boundaries and availability with your clients.

Automation & Efficiency · taught LIVE for Cohort 1 Everything I've learned in 10+ years on how to automate almost everything in your 1-1 online practice: discovery calls, contracts, replay and recording emails, the tools and systems that save you 5 to 10 hours a week. Pricing your gifts. So many women underprice, or are afraid to price at all. Imposter syndrome tells you you're not worthy of charging for your gifts, so you leave money — and your worth — on the table. We work on charging what your gifts are worth.

Efficiency, automation & what software to use. Setting up a business well means systems, and it's a lot. This is where so many women get overwhelmed. I teach the tools and automations I use to save 5 to 10 hours a week — discovery calls, contracts, replay and recording emails — so your business runs efficiently instead of running you.

Hiring from where you are. Knowing when and how to hire, and doing it within your actual budget, is something almost no one teaches. I show you how to hire from where you are, from contractors up to a bigger hire, plus the leadership to manage people, expectations and boundaries well.
