Hi, I’m Janne.

You can think of me as the cool aunt of corporate.

I support organizations to create CULTURES OF MEANING through clarifying purpose and values with CEOs and founders (top down) and working directly with teams through workshops and leadership coaching to foster connection and belonging (bottom up).

I specialize in culture creation, repair, or enhancement work.

I am also an executive coach, keynote speaker, and host workshops at corporate retreats.
